Our office is located in the Maine Integrative Wellness building at 222 Auburn Street in Portland, Maine. We are just past Northgate Plaza on the left of the road heading toward Falmouth, Maine.

Directions:

From Interstate 95. Take the West Falmouth exit and take a right onto Auburn Street at the traffic light. Go straight for approximately three miles and you will find us on the right.

From Interstate 295. Take the Washington Avenue exit and continue straight through the intersection of Allen Avenue. You will pass Northgate Plaza and will find our office on the left.
